Breast Surgery Recovery

If you’re recovering from breast or reconstructive surgery and want to regain your mobility, strength, and independence, this is for you! Our coaching sessions may include:

  • Targeted Exercises: Learn safe and individualized exercises to improve your movement, flexibility, and strength and address post-surgical Axillary Web Syndrome/Cording.

  • Pain Management & Scar Care: Effectively reduce your pain and address scar tissue sensitivity/tightness with practical techniques and tools.

  • Specialized Tools: Learn how to optimize your surgical healing with self-lymphatic drainage massage, energy conservation techniques, compression bras, and more.

  • Lymphedema Risk Reduction: Minimize your chances of developing lymphedema after surgery or lymph node removal through personalized education and exercises.

Lymphedema Self-Management

If you’re dealing with arm and/or chest swelling or lymphedema and want to successfully optimize your lymphatic health, this is for you! Our coaching sessions may include:

  • Self-Management Guidance: Reduce and manage your swelling and skin changes using the most appropriate compression garments and tools.

  • Self-Lymphatic Drainage: Master self-lymphatic drainage massage with individualized techniques for your swelling and treatment history.

  • Individualized Exercises: Learn a daily routine of flexibility and strengthening exercises specifically designed to boost your lymphatic system.

  • Flare-up Risk Reduction: Learn about your individual risk factors for a flare-up and implement tools and daily practices to prevent the worsening of your swelling.

How It Works

Free Consultation Call

We’ll begin with a 15-minute consultation call to briefly talk about your individual concerns and goals. You’ll learn about my unique coaching approach and have the opportunity to ask any questions. If coaching is right for you, we’ll then schedule our first session together.

Individualized Plan

During our first coaching session, we’ll thoroughly discuss your medical history and any side effects you’re experiencing. From there, we’ll set goals and develop a personalized coaching plan tailored to your needs. You’ll also receive education and individualized exercises.

Ongoing Support

During our follow-up sessions, we’ll build on your progress by introducing additional practical tools, personalized exercises, therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based education—each designed to help you move one step closer to your recovery and well-being goals.
